While we do not offer
traditional returns or exchanges, we allow returns in the form of a credit note
that can be used for any other product. Returns are accepted for 30 days
after purchase. The original shipping fee will not be
refunded.

If you wish to return
an item for a credit note, please contact our support team at
support@bymodesty.com for assistance. A 10% restocking fee will be
charged for the returned item. The item must be in its original, unused
condition and packaging.

Refunds are not provided as cash. Instead, credit notes are typically processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. These credit notes are redeemable for any future purchase.

Certain items, such as sale items or opened products, may not be eligible for returns. Please check product descriptions for specific exclusions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
