Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility:

We offer refunds and exchanges on eligible items. To qualify, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Some exclusions may apply—please refer to the product page for specific details. Returns are accepted for 14 days after purchase. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return or exchange, simply contact our support team at support@bymodesty.com for assistance. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the returned item. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Refund & Exchange Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as sale items or opened products, may not be eligible for returns. Please check product descriptions for specific exclusions.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
