Preorder and Stock Policy

Preorder Products:
We operate on a preorder basis for many of our products. This means items are not always immediately available for shipment and may need to be produced before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times depend on whether the item is currently in stock or needs to be made. Orders may take up to 14 days to be fulfilled. 

Payment for Preorders:
Payment is collected at the time of order placement. If we anticipate any significant delays beyond the 14-day window, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delays or Cancellations:
If your preorder item is significantly delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you with an updated timeline or offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund or exchange.
