We operate on a preorder basis for all products. This means that items are not immediately available for shipment, and orders will be fulfilled once the items are produced and ready for dispatch. 

Preorder items have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page. Please note that these dates are approximate and may change due to unforeseen delays. We will notify you if there are significant delays.

Payment for preorder items is taken at the time of order. If there are any significant delays, you will be notified.

If your preorder item is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, you will be contacted with an updated shipping date or an option to cancel your order for a credit note.
